cmERDC is offering the Elementary Electronic Progress Report system (EEPR) for your elementary mark reporting needs.

Using secured web pages, your homeroom and specialist teachers can quickly enter marks and comments for students. Teachers can enter marks by either student or by objective. A check mark next to a student or objective name cues the teacher when data entry is complete.

You define your own report card. The format can be used district-wide, or be tailored to each school, grade or even an individual homeroom. When printing, EEPR will automatically print a copy of the report card for each of the extra mailing addresses defined in SASIxp.

In addition to printing a report card, EEPR can display a draft report card on the web. This draft can be made available to principals, discipline specialists, IEP case managers and other staff as needed.

Training is a snap - the web pages are simple and intuitive. Teachers can be entering marks in a matter of minutes!

EEPR is designed to work with SASIxp. SASIxp information, including teachers, students, addresses, attendance, graduation standards and tests, is easily loaded into EEPR. Once marks and comments are entered into EEPR, they can be exported back to SASIxp.
