Strategic Planning for Education The Cambridge Group

cmERDC is a partner of Dr. William J. Cook and The Cambridge Group to provide Strategic Planning services to school districts in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

cmERDC has facilitators trained by Dr. Cook and can provide for you the services you need to complete the entire Strategic Planning process from awareness to implementation.

Annually, cmERDC hosts, in coordination with The Cambridge Group, a training program in Strategic Planning that will certify and individual to facilitate the entire planning process and discipline in your school district, or to served as an Internal Coordinator to work with an External Faciliator from cmERDC or The Cambridge Group.
